management and support staff to handle every detail of your vacation in Aspen.

As an owner, you also have private access to Innsbruck Owners' Portal, a section of The Innsbruck website which provides owners with current property, reservations and community information.

The Innsbruck has been designed as fractional ownership residences for vacations in Aspen, Colorado. Seventeen beautifully furnished residences are being offered on a deeded 1/12 interest.


The Innsbruck Ownership Program guarantees owners a minimum of four weeks in residence per year, three selected from prime vacation seasons and one from shoulder seasons. Priority groups for selection will be assigned by date of contract.  Additional vacation weeks are always offered to The
Innsbruck owners on a space available basis with no minimum length of stay. For the ultimate in vacation flexibility, Innsbruck owners may exchange their residence weeks at a limited number of resorts worldwide.
