I wish I could tell you an exact date. The best I can do right now is tell you that as soon as the city gets back to me with the approved plat we will give you a one week notice. We are hoping to have this back from the city by the first of next week, if we are lucky. I will send out a notice to you, the lenders, Land Title and the brokers as soon as we get the approved plat back from the city.

Each of our lenders has agreed to do 80% financing. The lenders listed on the site are prepared to lend on your purchase. You can still use your own lenders.
