Construction Update from Gwen
So Much Happening and So Close to Home
It is hard to decide where to start since there is so much to share. The best way is probably just to list all the important things and then deal with each one.
New General Manager- It is with great pleasure that I introduce Rick Moore as the new General Manager. He comes to us after being with The Molly Gibson for 18 years. We are truly fortunate to have him. He and Casandra form a powerful management team for you. He is looking forward to meeting each of you the next time you visit.
Timing for Closing
It seems that we have all waited so long for this time, but it will really be worth it. Right now we are finalizing details and taking care of all safety issues for our Certificate of Occupancy. The earliest we will be able to start closings of two bedroom residences is the first week of July. Our one bedroom residences, first or second floor, should begin closing the second or third week of July. The garden level one bedrooms will probably not be ready for closings until early August.

Please go to our homepage www.TheInnsbruck.com and see Link to Lenders on the right hand side. That page shows the lenders and all their contact information. All of them are geared up for closings. Most of them can only lock a rate for 45 days. We are within that time for any of the two bedrooms. The one bedrooms are about a week behind the first two bedrooms.
Summer residency- As we have told you, many of the summer residencies will involve continued construction in part of the building. We are working to finish all of the building by mid August. Because the garden level is the last to be finished, the owners’ lounge will not be open until that level is completed. We are going to substitute another residence for any of our garden owners who are coming to be with us before the completion of the garden residences.
Staffing for you- Rick has hired our Head of Housekeeping, Candy, and she has hired the staff of maids. Rick has also hired our Maintenance Manager, Phil. Both of these managers come to us with over 20 years experience in their positions. The housekeeping staff started working for you the first of June cleaning residences. Carpet was installed this week in the first three residences.
Your weeks in Aspen- If any of you choose to rent your weeks in Aspen, you realize that it can be rented by you personally, by another firm, or by our on-site management company. Cassandra, with our on-site management, needs to know ASAP if any of you want to rent your week rather than using it. She is getting many calls from people wanting to stay there as well as tour operators who want to book time for their guests in Aspen. Furniture and house ware installation- The designers are coming June 19th to do the installation of the furniture and furnishings for 3 of the two bedroom residences. They will be back at the end of June to do the installation on 5 more of the residences.
Courtyard and exteriors- The custom made railing installation began this week. The swimming pool is being finished. The hot tub has been put in place and plumbed. The concrete for the courtyard should be poured within a couple of weeks. The elevator is being installed now and will be completed within two weeks.
More Pictures- Some of you have wanted more pictures and I know the ones with the newsletter are small. We will be posting larger formats of the pictures to the website so you can open them and see them better. We will post new pictures each week so those of you who are excited can go and view the progress.
