Construction Update from Gwen
Any of you who do athletics know the joy of almost being finished with the race, hike, session, swim, etc. Well, that kind of excitement is building here. We can see the finish line but have so many details to get done between now and then. Rest assured that we are on top of all of it. We see this process as a magical dance of coordination that brings things all together as a first class residence club for you.
Roof detail work being finished

Hardwood floor installed and finished in 8 residences
Slate kitchen entry floor 6 residences finished
Cabinets installed in 8 residences
Granite 6 residences have the kitchens finished and 5 of the baths done already
Drywall finished in 8 residences and working on 2 more now
Fireplaces stone completed in 6 residences with mantles in place
Paint finished in 8 residences
Bath tile and slate 5 residences finished
Glass shower doors installed in 5 residences
Trim finished in 7 residences and being stained in some of those now
Furniture and furnishings first 9 residences should be shipped within a couple weeks and put into storage until we need them
Hotel systems Cassie has selected all of this and ordered most of it
Courtyard and pool area excavated and waiting
Pool and hot tub still a few weeks until install
Railing and Fence progressing quite well

Stonework almost complete except for details around windows
We are sending three pictures so you can get a good feel for how pretty your new home is becoming. The bathrooms are so nice, but it is just too difficult to get a good shot that properly shows them. The master steam shower with the slate wall and granite seat looks so good. The twin bath accent tile pattern around the Jacuzzi tub is beautiful.
All of this good progress is taking us to where we have wanted to be, which is closing on your new residence.
Closing Procedures and Timing 
Many of you have emailed, called or dropped in to find out more about closing. We will start closing residences beginning late May or early June. The garden level will not close until mid to late July. Land Title Guarantee Company in Aspen will be doing the closings for all of the residences. Jan Johnson, closing agent, is our contact person there. Since there are so many of you and so few of her, it would be good to start thinking ahead. Some of you have your escrow held by First American Heritage Title. It is just easier for us to close all of them at the same good title company. If you have money held in escrow by the other company it will be sent to the closing by them and shown as a credit on your closing statement. Since most of the closings will be done long distance, Jan will send an overnight packet to you with complete and thorough instructions and an overnight return envelope. We will give you more than a day with the packets so don't stress.
1) If you plan to take title in a name different than on your contract, please send that information now.
2) If you plan to take title as an LLC or other entity other than as an individual, please send her the Operating Agreement or Trust Document, and Certificate of Good Standing from the state filed.
3) If you plan to do a loan, then send the name of the lender, company name and contact person with phone number to Jan, as soon as you have this.

I am going to include this as a regular section, since many of you really want to know. Remember, it only takes 20% placed in escrow with the title company to hold your wonderful residence. The following lenders are willing to finance the 80% if that is what you would like. This funding would be due at the time we close on your residence.

Countrywide Bank can not do fractional projects, but Paula Lamberti, 970-925-5252 is very interested in refinancing your primary residence and pulling out the funds to pay cash for your Innsbruck. She has done this with other buyers looking to make a fractional purchase here. She also says it will give you more of a tax write off.
There are several national lenders which do this regularly and are very interested in financing buyers here.
