Construction Update from Gwen
Recently one of our owners called and asked me to do the update more bullet point factual, rather than the way I usually write it to you. This will be my attempt at that and close with more of the Gwen style.
Roof- 90-95% metal finished
Chillers- being installed within two weeks
Hardwood floor- installed and finished in 3 residences
Slate kitchen entry floor- installed in first residence and working on second
Cabinets- installed in 6 residences
Drywall- Finished in 5 residences and working on two more now
Paint- Finished in 5 residences
Bath tile and slate- first residence almost finished. We should have 5 residences finished within two weeks.
Trim- Finished in 5 residences and being stained in some of those now
Furniture and furnishings- first 9 residences should be shipped within a couple weeks and put into storage until we need them
Hotel systems- Cassie has selected all of this and ordered most of it
Courtyard and pool area- final approval from the Historic Preservation Council this week. We got the design out front exactly as our best case wishes would be. We are happy.
Pool and hot tub- onsite, installation as soon ground thaws a little more
Siding- 95% complete, just finishing detail areas
Soffits- 95% complete
Stonework- almost complete except for details around windows
So hope you liked that. I am so thrilled with how pretty things are looking. I am now on the schedule of going there at least 3 times per week. I need to do that to keep up with how well it is progressing. I have said repeatedly that our final product is much prettier than the model, which is not the norm in this world.
I did a walk through Friday with one of our owners, who is also an interior designer. She was quite happy and impressed with the quality that is evident. She said, "I always told clients, you will forget the building process, but you will live with good quality forever." We will be raising the two bedroom prices at the end of next week to $207,000. This is the last chance for you or your friends to get the $197,000 price.

Hello from Casandra
Thank you so much for your patience in the confirmation of your weeks. Sorry for the delay and I will have them to you prior to March 26th. I went thru the building yesterday and I am so excited about the furnishings and the progress they are making.
We are still optimistic about an opening date of June 10th but wanted to let you know what that would entail. June 10th will be a soft opening, will not include many services and substantial construction will be ongoing. If we are not able to open June 10th we will obtain substitute lodging for you but can not guarantee any particular accommodations. We want your first experience and all of them at your new home in Aspen to be great so if you have requested any weeks in June or July and would like to change them you can do so prior to the end of the day on March 20th.
