Around Aspen
Aspen is having great snow this year. Guests are happy and loving the powder. We are truly spoiled in Aspen, since we have such great weather and live in paradise.

Aspen's Wintersköl Festival just ended last weekend. It is one of Aspen's oldest events. We helped sponsor one of the big events. My dogs were on Plum TV with me showing Innsbruck Pampered. We want our owners and others to know that not only do we have a great price and opportunity to Own Aspen, but we also give outstanding service.

Thank you to our loyal owners who not only understand that construction can be challenging, but also are telling other friends and family about this great opportunity to own Aspen. The cost to own in Aspen has risen sharply since the first sales of The Innsbruck. The last 6 months of 2006 were even higher than the first half of the year. As other national markets started to slow, Aspen kept escalating. During that period of time the average one bedroom condo was $630,631, two bedroom $1,225,252 and the single family home a staggering $7,059,861. As many of our owners have said, "when Innsbruck is finished and sold out people will be amazed at how special it is." There aren't other opportunities like this available at such a great price.

Construction Update
Many of our owners that have come to town or have friends here are saying how great the progress is looking at The Innsbruck. Now that a face is going on the building, we have taken down the mesh fencing in the front so people can see how pretty it is becoming.

The building is dried in which was so crucial to us working faster inside. You will see the face of the building change even more as we finish the stone work on the front, siding and replace the temporary doors with the pretty final doors. All of this should happen by early February.

As any of you who have built or remodeled a home know, once the drywall is up the progress is very exciting. The looks and colors start to come together and show the great job our designers and builders are doing. Finish elements are arriving regularly now. All of your appliances are paid for and in storage ready for installation.

This week the subs will be prepping for tile in the residences on the east wing, while the center is starting the drywall phase. Sean Ugrin our project superintendent is having weekly meetings with the subs to keep them coordinated and moving forward toward our June 2007 opening.

The most efficient way for you to get your reservation done is to go to the website www.TheInnsbruck.com and fill out the reservation request form there. Please remember your username is your email address you gave us and the password is your priority number from your contract.

I apologize that I didn't send this at the beginning of January. I had a family emergency and was out of town for almost two weeks.
