Construction Update
It is exciting to hear people saying that they are noticing all of the progress at The Innsbruck. We hired a top notch framing crew from Denver to come in and help with the roof. We now have three framing crews working to make the progress that is needed. Our commitment to doing what it takes to make strong progress to keep our owners happy is becoming more evident.

In spite of all that we do there are still construction obstacles that get thrown in our way. Right now we are dealing with a waterproofing delay. We chose to do the best thing that would be the long term fix, but it also takes the longest time for construction of our project.

We also had a delay this week getting a special caulking. The Aspen building department is enforcing a very strict guideline regarding protecting the transference of smoke from one residence to the other in case of a fire in one. This has slowed down the hanging of drywall. Seems construction products are like gold now, not easy to get and expensive when you get them. Be glad that you locked in your price since the costs continue to rise for the building.

We are making strong progress in every area that we can. You can see from the pictures that we are getting the roof framed, and the front is taking shape quite well. Our interior designers are ordering furniture, bedding, and lighting for us now. We work daily on wonderful details for the interiors. You will be so happy with how wonderful they are going to look.

Reservations
We had told you in the last update that we would confirm your reservations for the winter season by the end of October. Surprisingly, most of our owners have not filled out their reservations requests either online or by faxing in the form. We will start calling our owners by mid November to follow up. If we get confirmation that the delays are not going to impede the opening we have told you, then we will confirm reservations within a few weeks after that. It depends on how long it takes to communicate with our owners.

Many of the owners are still saying they are not getting these newsletters. We hope you received this via email. If you are one of our owners that took the time to go online to the website www.TheInnsbruck.com and checked for View Newsletters because you didn't get the email, then congratulations for taking the aggressive action. Just expect to get updates or newsletters the first and middle of each month, so you can be looking for it.

Remember, when you go online to do your reservations click on the owners' section and your username is your email address. The password is your priority letter and number that is printed on your contract on page.
