Construction UpdateWelcome to The Innsbruck Innslook
construction update The trusses went up on the east wing during the past week. This puts us so much closer to our goal of getting the building dried in. For those of you who don't speak construction, that means the roof is on, windows, and doors are in place. Then so much of the work can be done on the inside as the weather gets less than Aspen perfect.

The elevator shaft foundation is being done and the foundation for the entire west wing. The west wing will take the longest to complete but in some ways will go the fastest, since it is all new construction and not working with any of the older elements that slowed us with the rest of the building.

construction updateThe stone palettes are sitting on site and will start going up this week. Siding is progressing so the rear of the building will have a pretty face by the next newsletter.

Steel continues to be our biggest issue, getting it fabricated and installed on site. This building is being built in such a superior way. You will be proud of your new Aspen home for many years to come.
PricingWelcome to The Innsbruck Innslook
One of the hardest things in life is to admit you made a mistake. Well, we believe that we raised the two bedroom prices too high too soon. We have decided to keep the 2 bedroom prices at $197,000 to sell out the project by completion. My goal is to keep the pricing at $197,000, but the partners can over rule me at any time, as they did before. Don't sit back and wait. Get your friends, family and yourself on this. We will be advertising it to the public this week, but you had the advance notice since the last newsletter.

I often hear people tell stories about what they could have paid for a property years ago. Some people actually did pay those low prices and got into ownership rather than being the person who says I should have or could have. This is an opportunity for you to be one of those people who brags in the not too distant future that you did it right now.

We only have 14 ownership interests remaining in the one bedroom residences. I want to see us sold out on everything and then just spend my time pushing the construction process.

We will be sending out the regular newsletter to you before the end of next week. We are working hard to get the updated timeline to you then and let each of you decide which weeks you want to use during the winter season.
