Getting better everyday!
Well, it is hard to imagine a better winter of snow and weather than we have had. Now the spring has kicked in with such gorgeous weather. Spring skiing has always been good, but rarely has the snow held out this well.

We know that many of you are interested in making your reservations for your four weeks at The Innsbruck. We will be sending out the requests for your choices by the first of June. You will need to make the choices and return this to us by the first of July. We will send out the results and what your weeks are by the first of August.

Any use weeks that you choose to use this summer or fall are not charged against your four use weeks for the coming use year, since the year begins with the opening of ski season. Time this year is just additional time for you, so the inconvenience of some construction might not bother some of you. The construction will be mainly inside the residences that are not completed, but The Innsbruck will definitely not be at its best.

Sales have been going so strong. Our next phase of price increases should happen very shortly. Share with friends and family so they get in at this low price. Florida is leading all the states in ownership of The Innsbruck.

Construction Update

Corner Mockup

Our last newsletter promised the building to be lowered and the steel to be removed. All of that is done. Please notice how much has been completed on the first floor. Each time I walk into the building, I am so excited at how the work is progressing.

The mock up of the exterior is built and sitting on the corner of Main and 2nd Streets. The stone work, siding and timbers look so good. Many of our owners have stopped to see it with very positive feedback.

Main Floor

Windows, doors and siding will be installed within the next month. The top floor is well underway with framing now and the main floor is finished. The electrical, HVAC and plumbing rough ins are happening each day. Some venting issues slowed us down on the garden level, but we are working consistently and even working Saturday shifts. Just know we are putting up a heroic effort to make up any time that we can.

We plan to have so much done by Memorial Day that our summer crowds will be snapping up all remaining fractional interests. Historically, buyers tend to commit and pay more when they can see the façade nearing completion. We know you and the summer crowd will be happy with the progress and how beautiful the condos will be. You are part of the smart group that bought early.

You will be happy with the flow of these floor plans. It is great to walk through, see the good views and the wonderful feel of these condos. You will have years of bragging rights for buying in early and making such a great choice in Aspen.
