Construction Update
Meet Jim Quintana, our general contractor and owner of Adept Development Corp. Jim and Adept are giving you a full time effort during our construction process. Lifting the shell of the building and digging out the garden level was a major accomplishment in engineering and construction. Please notice how happy he is with the progress.
The foundation is being poured and constructed now. We are projecting December to set the shell onto the foundation and go full speed ahead. This phase of construction isn't so exciting nor is it easy to see all of the progress.
We just completed a pour of 60 yards of concrete and the snow waited until we finished. This is taken today at the jobsite as the concrete cures.
We will post pictures each month in the "Innslook" so you can see the progress as it is happening. We will also let you know how the schedule is progressing. We are slightly behind schedule but prepared to work two shifts, as we can, to deliver your completed condo. The updated floor plans with the furniture layouts are now posted on the web site. Share your Innsbruck with friends and family.

Please share with your friends and family. Send us their e-mail address, and we will send the "Innslook" to them. Pricing will be going up steadily throughout the construction phase. Let them know the sooner they buy, the lower the price. Time is money here.

These pictures are brought to you from Douglas W. Hendon. He has fallen in love with taking pictures around Aspen, from the Maroon Bells, top of Smuggler to his snowy hike up on Independence Pass along the Continental Divide, just before it closed for the year. Doug said that every angle has been a beautiful shot. He is a retired minister, Navy Veteran of WWII with some great stories, 80 and by the way, Gwen's father.
Any owners that have a great quote, interesting short story or any pictures you love of Aspen that you took, please email them to us at reoffice@rof.net. We love to publish our owners.
